    MHA ;You Are

    Buddy Project feautred image

May is one of my favorite months of the year for the reason that it is dedicated to the education on a long overdue issue. An issue we still haven’t a cure for. Sure we might not have the serum to wellness, But we have solutions. Such as the one The Buddy Project brings to light and that is Friendship. Not everyone is educated in Mental Health or invested in caring, so it’s good to know that there is a place out their, where you can reach out for help and be paired up with someone who is fighting or has fought with what you are going through today.  You Are Loved.

You are more than meets the eye and this organization is out their to prove it. And for the month of May you can show your support for this great cause by picking up a shirt that will not only help the Buddy Project organization, it will also help mental health facilities around the United States as well.

    MHA : Dream Chasin

    Dream Chaser MHA shirt

I know this from experience, but one of the hardest things to do in life when you are fighting mental illness, is achieving your dreams. And there will be several potholes on the asphalt you’re riding on that will make the chase seem longer than it really is. But it’s important to remember, as long as you keep on heading across that bumpy road, you will eventually make it to your destination.

That’s why I love this shirt, that’s the message it sends to me when I look at it and if not that, Vapor Wave, Miami Vice, Techno, Frenzy, awesomeness lol. So for the month of May, you can pick this dream catcher up at D.R.E.A.M. Clothing as they partner up with the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation and The Anxiety and Depression Association of America.

20% of sales are donated to the BBR Foundation and ADAA.
